Frequently Asked Questions
We offer refunds within 3 days of booking. After the 3 days has passed we allow 1 event reschedule as long as the reschedule happens at least a week before your initial booking date. Reschedules shorter than a week before your initial booking date will NOT be refunded or allowed.
Do you offer Garland Pickup Services?
Yes we do. If you prefer to pick up and setup your own pre blown up garland please indicate this on your event questionnaire so that we can arrange meet up time and date. Please be advised that we are not responsible for anything that happens to the garland once it is out of our hands and in yours. This is final sale type of service.
Great news is you'll save on the travel fee.
Yes we do. It will be listed on the booking page but essentially any distances more than 20 minutes away from Humble, Tx 77396 will incur a travel fee of a minimum of $25 and maximum of $50.
